Your life looks beautiful on paper.

But your soul knows there's another chapter waiting.

There are rooms that ask you to become more.  This one asks you to become yourself again.  One day. A private garden estate tucked away in Tampa. Twenty women who’ve decided: we're no longer abandoning ourselves.

There is something that happens when women gather without needing to impress one another.

Shoulders soften.

Laughter comes easier.

Truth surfaces.

The nervous system exhales.

You remember what your own voice sounds like.

Throughout the day you'll move between quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, guided coaching, immersive breathwork, nourishing food, and moments of stillness in the garden.

By the time you leave, nothing about your life may have changed...

…but everything about the way you meet it will.

Because there are rooms that ask you to become more.

This one asks you to become yourself again.

THE PART NOBODY SAYS OUT LOUD

Everything you've built is impressive.

But deep down, you know you're being called into a different life.

You did everything right.

Got the degrees, the title, the booked and busy calendar that proves you matter. From the outside it looks like the whole thing worked, and some part of you is quietly waiting for it to start feeling like it did.

That gap between how it looks and how it feels has a name. It is called High Functioning Disconnection, and it is not a character flaw. It’s what happens to a nervous system that has been running someone else's playbook at full speed for many years without ever being allowed to stop.

You can’t think your way out of it. You’ve already tried. You’ve read the books, made the lists, hired the coach, got the perfect morning routine.

Your head has been running the old plays for years, so asking your head for the answer to "what's next" was never going to work.

The answer lives in your body. That is where we are going to go.

HERE’S HOW OUR DAY WILL FLOW

THE ARRIVAL | 10:00am

You pull through the gate and the noise stops. Three quarters of an acre of bamboo and grand oak, ten minutes from downtown Tampa and somehow feels like a world away. Spanish moss moving in the breeze. The calm you feel as you enter our private oasis makes you already feel like this was the best decision you’ve made in a minute.   You feel so safe and welcome in this space.

Nobody hands you an agenda. Nobody asks what you do for a living.

For the first twenty minutes, all you have to do is arrive.

THE MORNING | The Somatic Breakthrough Session

You put the old playbook down.

We move onto the deck, cool and quiet, and you lie down on a mat. What follows is the deepest breathwork session I lead. It’s a beautiful and transformative full journey with an arc: activation, release, stillness. Your body will do things you did not know you even needed. Tears you didn’t plan. Heat in your chest. A sweet tingling in your hands. Years of held breath finally moving.

And then the stillness at the end, which is the part I refuse to rush.

Some women say this is the first time in a decade their overthinking mind went genuinely quiet.

THE SOUND BATH | Where the release settles

While you are still lying down, still open, still in that soft place the bowls begin.

Crystal and Tibetan bowls played live, inches from your body. You don’t just listen to a sound bath. You’re fully immersed inside it. The low tones come up through the floor and into your spine. The high ones sit right behind your eyes. Frequencies move through bone and water and tissue, and your nervous system does what it has been trying to do for years, which is drop all the way down into rest.

This is the part women describe as floating. This is the part they tell their friends about.

Your body will remember this session long after your calendar forgets the date.

LUNCH | 12:30pm, under the grand oak

You’ll dine outside, under a hundred year old oak with moss hanging low enough to touch, at a long table set like someone was expecting you. Because someone was.

Lunch is curated by an award winning, woman-owned Tampa chef who understands that a plate can hold more than food. I chose them because they cook the way I facilitate. Nothing rushed, nothing generic, every detail decided on purpose.

Here is what lands in front of you.

Something warm off the flame with a proper char on it, resting on a swirl of something bright and herbaceous. Roasted vegetables that actually caramelized, edges gone deep and sweet, finished with flaked salt and a squeeze of citrus. Grains tossed with pomegranate and mint and toasted pistachio so every forkful has crunch and give at the same time. Greens that snap. Warm bread torn by hand, still steaming at the center, next to whipped butter and good olive oil.

There will be a moment on the first bite where you close your eyes and look at another woman at the table and say, Mmmmm. Look up and you will catch three other women doing exactly the same thing.

Dessert arrives small and dangerous. Something chocolate and salted, something citrus and cold, and nobody counting how many you take. We ain’t judging you here!

And here’s the part that’s most important: This isn’t some dry networking event where there’s surface conversations trying to avoid awkward silence.

You are going to eat slowly, in the shade, with nowhere to be. For a woman who eats at her computer most days, this is not a break in the work.

This is the work.

THE AFTERNOON | You write the first page

You pick up a pen and craft your Vision. The real one.

Not the five year plan you swore you’d start in the New Year. You’ll begin to design how you want to FEEL in your next chapter. What you actually want - yes, you’ll be able to answer this question with ease. You’ll give voice to the unreasonable desires you have been swallowing since you were 26. Written down, step by step, in your own handwriting, in a workbook that is yours to take home.

THE LOVE SEAT | Coaching, live, in the room

Then one or two women take the love seat.

Live coaching, in front of everyone, on the exact pattern they just watched themselves run. It is tender and it is unflinching and it changes the temperature of the entire room.

Here’s what nobody expects: watching another woman get coached on her pattern will show you yours faster than any amount of private journaling ever has. You’ll hear your own voice in her answers. Every woman in that room gets coached, whether or not she takes the seat.

THE CLOSE | 4:15pm

We close in a circle.

You will speak what you want out loud, in a room of women doing the same thing. No hedging. No qualifying it. No making it smaller so it sounds “reasonable”.  Nah.. you will own the absolute sovereign woman that you are.

Ask anyone who has been in this room. This is the part you never forget.

THE AFTER | 4:45pm until 7:30pm

And when the day is done, nobody rushes you to your car.

The pool, the bar, and the food are yours until 7:30. There’s nothing left to do. Just be here.

The grazing tables come out as the light goes gold, and the bar opens under the string lights.

Long boards built like landscapes, layered and overflowing, the kind of spread that makes a room go quiet for a second before anyone reaches. Something salty next to something sweet. Something warm passed while it is still too hot to hold politely. Something cold and bright that you did not expect to want until you tasted it.

Fruit cut so beautifully it feels like a shame to break the arrangement, until someone does and then everyone does.

Strawberries dipped and set on ice. Tiny desserts you can eat with two fingers.

And two drinks made only for this room.

The Sovereign. Your signature cocktail. Something with real spine to it, a good spirit poured with a heavy hand, blood orange, a whisper of rosemary smoke, served over one clear ice cube in a heavy glass. It looks like a decision. It tastes like the woman you are becoming.

The Exhale. Your signature mocktail, and it is nobody's consolation prize. Cucumber and elderflower and lime over crushed ice, a little sparkle, mint bruised just enough to release, finished with a coin of grapefruit. Cold, clean, faintly floral, and so good that half the room orders it on purpose.

Both are poured all day. Nobody explains their choice, nobody asks.

The heated pool is available. The sun deck is warm. The ladies you’ve spent a beautiful day with are unwinding sipping on yummy beverages and enjoying snacks as the day eases.

Stay. Float. Laugh with the women who just watched you write your beautiful next steps. No agenda. No networking. Nobody’s performing. Just being together, because for once, you can.

AND THEN, TEN DAYS LATER

The Reset Integration Circle | 90 minutes, live on Zoom

Here is what usually happens after a day like this. You feel incredible for seventy two hours. Then Monday arrives, the calendar reasserts itself, and by Thursday the whole thing starts to feel like a beautiful dream you had once.

Not this time.  Not on my watch.

Ten days out, we get back together for ninety minutes. You bring your workbook and your real life, the one with the meetings and the family and the resistance that showed up on day four. We work on what is actually happening. What stuck. What slid. What your body has been telling you since October 10.

This is where a beautiful day becomes an actual reinvention. It is included, and it is the reason this day keeps working long after you have left the garden.

WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING

Total value: well over $1,700

Your investment: $247

I priced this so the women who need it most can actually walk through the door.

That is the only reason it is $247.

You Might Be Thinking….

“I don’t have time.”
You have time for everyone else. This is the one day you take your time back.

“I mean sheesh… It’s the price of a plane ticket.”
And how many vacations have you come back from as the exact same unfulfilled version of you — just with a tan, some souvenirs, and a few thousand Delta miles? This ain’t a trip away from your life. It’s the thing that changes what you come back to.

“I’m an introvert and I don’t know anyone going.”
Neither did half the women who’ve done this work with me. And that’s the point…. you don’t need a plus-one to reclaim yourself.  Plus, many women attend my events and make best friends for life. True story.

“Is this too woo-woo for me?”
If you came here skeptical, good. Bring the skepticism. Breathwork doesn’t need you to believe in it to work on you.

What if I cry in front of strangers?”
You just might. So will they. There’s nothing wrong with you. In fact crying is a sweet, healing release you may have needed for a long time. Why not do it in a safe, non-judgmental space.

“I’ll just do this on my own later.”
You’ve been saying that since January. If you haven't been intentional about getting clear on what you actually want, you'll continue living the exact same life. It's your time, love. Say yes.

COME EXACTLY AS YOU ARE

No prep. No prerequisites. No performing. Nothing to read beforehand, nothing to prepare, nothing to be further along on before you are allowed to show up.

Everything happens in the room.

Wear something you can lie down in. Bring your yoga mat or towel, and a swimsuit if you want the pool. That is the entire list.

I work with high-achieving women to dismantle their internal pressure systems.

I know this woman intimately because I am her. I've been the one delivering while bracing. The one hitting the goal and immediately suspecting it wasn't enough. The one who had the life that looked right on paper and the quiet feeling underneath it that something was still missing.

In 2023 alone I had Covid, bronchitis, a blood clot, and more breakdowns than I will count. And from the outside? I was still delivering. Still showing up. Still being the strong one.

THIS ROOM HAS A LIMIT

I keep this room small on purpose.

Intimate and intentional. Every woman seen, every woman heard, nobody blending into the back row. That only happens when the group stays small.

So if you're someone who sits on things, who waits to see how she feels closer to the date, who plans to circle back next week and think about it... I wouldn't. The women who say yes to a day like this tend to say yes fast, and that's exactly why it fills.

When we're sold out, we're sold out.

Saturday, October 10 | 10 am to 7:30 pm | Private estate, Tampa | $247

Don't take our word for it...

take theirs.
