These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in Reset Live and all live events hosted by InspHIGHER LLC doing business as Bridgette Simmonds International ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a ticket or attending Reset Live or any live experience, you agree to the terms below.

1. Event Participation
Reset Live is a live personal development experience that may include:

• Breathwork
• Guided exercises

• Somatic experiences

Participation is voluntary.
You may choose your level of participation at all times.
2. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Reset Live includes breathwork and personal development practices that may involve physical and emotional responses.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree:
• You are participating voluntarily
• You are responsible for your physical and mental health
• You will consult a medical professional if needed before attending
• You understand breathwork may create physical sensations including dizziness, tingling, emotional release, or fatigue
• You agree to listen to your body and stop participation if needed
Reset Live is not medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment.
Nothing provided during the event is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
3. Health Conditions That Require Medical Clearance
You agree that you are responsible for consulting a physician before participating if you have any of the following:
• Cardiovascular conditions
• Heart disease
• High blood pressure not controlled by medication
• Seizure disorders
• Epilepsy
• Asthma or breathing disorders
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgery
• Serious mental health conditions
• History of psychosis
• Bipolar disorder
• PTSD or trauma disorders
• Use of medications that affect breathing or emotional regulation
If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate, consult a medical professional before attending.
4. Personal Responsibility

• Temporary stress responses
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation.

7. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment
Reset Live is a personal development experience.
It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
Participation does not create a therapist-client or medical relationship.
If you need mental health care, please consult a licensed professional.
8. Photography and Recording
Reset Live events may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to be used for:

• Educational materials
• Promotional materials
without compensation.
