Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the session?
Just bring yourself, a journal, headphones (highly recommended) and a willingness to tune in. We’ll guide you through breathwork, reflection, and intention setting; No prior experience needed.
NOTE: Please do not eat anything at least 30 minutes before joining in case we do breathwork.
What if I can’t stay the whole time or need to leave early?
We get it, life happens. You’re welcome to come for what you can. That said, the magic really unfolds when you're present for the full experience, so we encourage you to make the space if possible.
Will there be a replay if I miss it?
Yes - very limited and only available in our Club Reset Circle Community. Replays will be available for a few days after so you can start your month of strong. Don't use that as an excuse not to show up live, though. We believe in the power of showing up in the moment, with real humans, in real time. Magic happens here.
Is this really free?
Yes. Club Reset is my gift to the community. It’s a space for women to experience what’s possible when we reset together.
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you comfortable. Cozy clothes, layers (your body temperature might shift during breathwork so have blankets, pillows nearby).
What if I cry or have emotions come up?
That’s normal and welcome. Breathwork can release stored emotions. You’re safe here. And you can always stop if you need to. You are always in control of you.
Is this meditation?
No. Breathwork is an active practice that uses breath patterns to shift your nervous system state. It’s more intense than meditation—and more transformative.
What if I want more support after Club Reset?
That’s what Reset Collective is for—our year-long membership for women ready for deeper, ongoing transformation.
You’ll hear about it, but there’s no pressure. Club Reset is valuable on its own.
